We provide labor and thread only.
Getting Started
We can give you an estimated production price If you have a sample of your product.
All Samples Must Be Sent Tagged With A Style Number To Identify The Sample.
The Final Production Price Will Be Established After We Make And You Approve The Sample.
To Make A Production Sample We Require The Following items:
1- A Professional Digital Pattern,
2- A Spec Sheet And Cutter Must.
If you don’t have these items, we can provide the service to create them.

To Make A Production Sample We Need The Following Information:
1 - Pattern
2 - PO/cuttingticket
3 - Spec Sheet
4 - Fabric
5 - Trim

Please Note The following:
All Purchase Orders Need A Style Number And A Purchase Order Number.
This Purchase Order Number Is Your Order Number And Can Not Be Duplicated.

After We Receive All Of The Above It Will Take Approximately 2-4 Weeks To Complete The Sample.
At That Time It Will Be Sent To You For Your Approval.
Please Know That We Charge $65.00 An Hour For Cutting And Stitching Samples.
The Sample Must Be Made Out Of The Production Fabric Before Starting Production.
Final Pricing
After You Have Approved The Production Sample Please send it Precision Sportswear attention Neal And We Will Finalize The Production Price.
The Production Price Is Based On The Approved Production Sample And On A Production Quantity Of 500-3000 Pieces.
We can quote pricing on orders as low as 150 units upon request. Anything less than 150 we charge $35 hourly.
Grading
After you’ve approved the production sample you’re ready for production unless your style requires multiple sizes. If you need to add sizes your digital pattern will be ready to be graded to create the sizes you request.
Final Production Samples
We recommend making a complete size run with one of each size to be sure the grading is correct for all your sizes.
Production
After the final production sample or samples are approved and the price has been finalized you are ready for production. When you’re ready to place your order please send the following, the approved production sample, the fabric to our address attention Nelson. Email the spec sheet to specs@precspts.com, email the PO/cutting ticket to cuts@precspts.com . Send the trim, labels etc attention assorting dept. Expect approximately 8 weeks from the time everything has been received to the time your production is complete. Feel free to ask us about production lead times when you’re ready to place your order.
Things you should know:
- We should approve your labels before you place your order to make sure it has the proper seam allowance and is made correctly for your application.
If you need to send out fabric for bias or other trim please go to FORMS at the top of this page and choose TRIM SEND OUT. Send this form with the fabric to our address attention Nelson. - All styles should have a spec sheet with tolerances.
- Only send one purchase order for each style that you’re making.
